Club Racing Series
Even though it is still hot outside, racing is beginning to heat up at our club with the PAKI and Blue Moon Series, along with the Fall J22 Series. This is the perfect time to hone your skills and enjoy some friendly competition on the water.
Coming up in October, FWBC will be hosting the 50th Ol’ Man of the Seas Regatta. Racing in the club series is an excellent way to prepare, build camaraderie, and fine-tune your strategies before the big event. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or new to the sport, we encourage everyone to join in the fun.

Races 5 and 6 - August 22 at 6:30 pm
Races 7 and 8 - August 28 at 6:30 pm
Races 9 and 10 - September 4 at 6:00 pm
Races 11 and 12 - September 11 at 6:00 pm
Races 13 and 14 - September 18 at 6:00 pm
*note change in start time starting in September

Labor Day J22 Beer Can Races – September 2
Join us on September 2nd for the Labor Day J22 Beer Can Races! It’s the perfect way to celebrate the holiday with some fun, laid-back racing. We'll kick off the day with a Skippers Meeting at 10:00 AM, and the first gun will be at 11:00 AM sharp.
Gather your crew, bring your competitive spirit, and get ready for a great day on the water. Whether you’re racing to win or just to enjoy the day, it’s all about having a good time with fellow sailors. See you there!
50th Anniversary Ol' Man of the Sea - October 11-13
From October 11 to 13, FWBC will proudly host the 50th Ol' Man of the Seas Regatta. Registration is now live on Regatta Network, and we hope to see everyone there!

Texas Challenge Cup - October 5-6, 2024 @ Lakewood Yacht Club
The event will be hosted by Lakewood Yacht Club using their fleet of RS21.
If you are interested in forming a team, please let Martin Peacey know before August 22, registration opens on August 26.
