This month marks the final weeks of the Best Summer Ever at FWBC Summer Camps! With exciting activities like sailing, kayaking, fishing, crafts, and games, the fun has been non-stop! There’s still one more chance to join the adventure—spots are available for the final week of Adventure Camp and Little Dogie Camp. Don’t miss out—register today! Camp runs until August 9th, so take advantage of this last opportunity to nurture a love for the outdoors, develop new skills, and create lifelong friendships at the Fort Worth Boat Club.

Set Sail with High School Sailing



Mark your calendars! The next High School Sailing Open House is coming up on August 16th, from 4-8 pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for high school students to learn more about our sailing program, meet the coaches, and experience the excitement of being part of a team. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or new to the sport, we welcome all skill levels. Join us for an evening on the water and discover what high school sailing at FWBC is all about!


FWBC Junior Sailors

  The FWBC Junior Sailing Team has been on an exciting journey this summer! They recently traveled to Rockport for the FWBC Race Camp and Rockin' Rockport Regatta, gaining valuable training and racing in a new venue with intensive coaching. In August, some of our sailors will head to Corpus Christi to race in the Changes in L' Attitude Youth Regatta. The team is also gearing up for Texas Youth Race Week in Houston, now scheduled for Labor Day weekend after being postponed inJuly due to Hurricane Beryl. Our young sailors are showing incredible dedication and skill as they continue to represent FWBC on the water!

Whether you're a seasoned sailor or just starting out, all sailing dinghies are welcome to race. It's a great chance to sail in a low-stakes, fun, racing environment, perfect for honing your skills. Test your racing prowess against the talented FWBC junior team and see how you measure up.

Saturday, August 17th, an evening meet up in Dosier Cove at 6.30 pm, and then a casual sail around Eagle Mountain Lake to enjoy the sunset and Moonrise.
