I agree to display my property at my own risk. I will not hold Fort Worth Boat Club and or Eagle Mountain Classic Boat Club responsible for any damage or injuries that may result from attending this show. I acknowledge and agree that I am waiving and releasing any rights I, my legal representatives, estate heirs, beneficiaries, and assigns may have or acquire to make a claim against, sue, or prosecute Fort Worth Boat Club and/or Eagle Mountain Classic Boat Club or any of its members, directors, governors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliated organizations (referred to as "Releases") for any damages or injuries resulting to me or my property arising from the use of equipment or participation in and use of the facilities and property of Fort Worth Boat Club. This waiver covers all circumstances, including instances where the injury or damage results from negligence, or other action or omission by any of the Releases.
